Currently, we do not offer installation services. However, we can recommend trusted service partners in your area or provide installation guidance if needed.

We process our orders within 1-2 business days; the transit time will be 3-5 business days for the UAE and 7-10 business days for the US.
So, in total, it will take 4-6 business days if you are collecting our product from the UAE, and 8-12 business days for the US as well.

We offer free shipping all over the UAE, but if you are buying our products from the US, you have to provide a flat $35.00 shipping fee.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

You have to provide the return shipping cost until our product arrives damaged, defective, or faulty.

We don't charge any restocking fee on our products.
